What is Pilates Plus Resistance Training (PPR)?

Our Pilates Plus Resistance Class combines the precision of Clinical Pilates with the strength-building benefits of resistance training. Designed by a physiotherapist this class uses light weights, resistance bands, and controlled movement to improve posture, build core stability, and enhance full-body strength both safely and effectively.

It’s ideal for those recovering from injury, managing chronic health conditions or simply wanting to move better and feel stronger in everyday life.

 PPR Options:

  • Virtual PPR Classes will take place on Friday mornings at 9.30 and will last for 45 minutes. These can be signed up for on an individual class basis up to an hour before the class begins. These classes use resistance bands and dumbbells and blends Pilates with the benefits of resistance training. See below for the current timetable and sign up options.

    If you are new to Osteo-P it is recommended that you schedule a one to one session for assessment and screening with a health professional before starting the exercise classes to ensure safe and proper technique prior to joining the online classes.

  • Class library hosted on Patreon with classes to suit all levels from the complete beginner to the more experienced client. Join our monthly subscription for video on demand and exercise at a time and place that is convenient for you.

  • Mobile Progressive Resistance Strengthening and Pilates sessions in Enniskerry, North Wicklow and South Dublin. We travel to your home or workplace and create individual programs to suit specific individuals injuries or rehabilitation goals .
